練習盤腿 - 瑜珈 Yoga

最近開始想要練蓮花座,
髖關節非常的緊,
老師叫我從單盤開始練起,
所以現在有空坐著就左右交替單盤。
爬過文查詢了正確的盤腿姿勢,
說是要把小腿放到大腿上才對,
可是對我來說要是做到這樣看起來膝蓋是翹起來的,
後來稍微把腳背放到大腿上,
結果練了兩天膝蓋是稍微放下去了點,
但是腳踝關節卻非常痛!!!!
請問我這樣是不是錯的?
所以真的要不管膝蓋多翹,就是硬把小腿放到大腿上才是正確的蓮花座嗎??
麻煩各位指點一下,謝謝~!!
(話說我髖關節真的是緊到一個......Orz)
