小妹加入練習瑜珈有半個月囉
最近有一個很嚴重的問題想請問大家...
有一種姿勢 手掌跟腳掌貼地 屁股攏起 呈現倒V型
每次老師說要回到這個姿勢 條整呼吸的時候我都好害怕...
隔壁的婆婆媽媽都可以很輕鬆的條整呼吸 感覺好輕鬆
可是我在做這個姿勢的時候...
發現手臂好沒力 感覺身體好重好重 很難換氣 而且!!會呈現腦充血的狀態 臉紅頭暈
老師叫我手臂要打直(暈) 說我的肌耐力不好 要常練
請問...覺得身體很重撐不起來 要怎麼練手臂的肌耐力呢?
(可是我看隔壁的阿桑手臂也沒有肌肉啊=3=)
還是我哪裡沒有注意到呢...?哀哀哀
