練習打水 左右腳出力問題 - 游泳討論

小弟最近剛開始專心練打水中
主要的練法就是拿著浮板然後打水
從一開始25M大腿內側就會痠到爆炸
練了很久到現在才可以50M 進步非常緩慢
而從一開始練到現在我始終有個問題
就是我都只有右大腿內側會酸到爆炸(我是右撇子)
左大腿內側雖然也會酸 但就只有一點點
每次上岸都是右大腿感覺超緊繃的但左腿沒啥fu
我在想這會不會是我進步太慢的原因呢?
每次練習也不能練太久因為右腿真的會緊繃到很不舒服
(我大概打水25M後 右腿就會超酸超緊)
請問各位我應該怎麼解決我的問題呢QQ

p.s 我有刻意讓左腿出多一點力還是無法
然後打水的時候我基本上還是能游直線的
