練習不夠半馬該用什麼速度跑好呢 - 路跑 Road Running

各位前輩好!
小弟是路跑新新手
今年一月剛跑完初馬4:40
然後又幫自己報名了5/21的半馬
本來給自己的目標是sub 110
但這兩個月太忙碌最後沒辦法達到計畫的跑量
月跑量大約只有50K左右
每次5-10K跑速約5:00-5:10
上星期嘗試用5:10跑長一點
結果跑到13K就沒力了...QQ
在LSD訓練不足的情況下
下星期的半馬我應該用什麼速度跑比較合適呢
最後這個星期還有沒有什麼是我可以準備的
