從去年十月開始到現在持續每天至少一小時的練習
也就是每天上一堂課
很多動作讓腿和手臂都更有力量了
腹部也比較結實
只是手臂肌肉也跑出來了
然後上半身就變很壯
我是女生...而且體重也多了兩公斤
練完都等一個小時以後才敢吃東西
我的天ㄚ...怎麼會變這樣
可是練瑜珈真的很舒服
真是又愛又恨!
再請問一下,常常做到很多劈腿阿
運動到骨盆的動作
會不會也會影響到骨盆變寬呢?
