練半馬的方式對嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

小弟已報名5月份的puma夜跑21K(第一次),平常練習一個禮拜跑2次
分別為10K 8K這樣子,時間為1小時,45分
不過跑完10K,大腿和小腿都會酸 有點沒力@@
這樣子去跑21K好像會撐不完~~
不知道有沒有比較好的練習方式,
本人 180/75kg
