各位版友好
我從9月底開始練習站樁和靜坐,站樁一次5~15分鐘,靜坐一次10~15分鐘;
樁是太極拳樁,不過因為我有些傷,所以站很高!
靜坐也沒有什麼意念心法,純粹就鬆靜自然,把意識放在丹田而已。
練到現在兩個多月,練了30幾次的樁和18次的靜坐;我每次練習的時間都很短
站樁也站得很高,靜坐也沒什麼心法,常常睡著,所以我練到現在沒什麼感覺;
站樁的部份,偶爾手掌會酸酸脹脹的(我不確定那個是否是氣感),其它就沒什麼感覺;
靜坐的部份,只有兩三次手掌有感覺到氣感(很像是針灸的那種氣在跑的感覺),
不過每次靜坐的時候,頭都會很脹、不舒服,所以其實我除了一開始練的第一個月的時候
有在靜坐,最近這一個月幾乎完全沒在靜坐。
我目前的生活習慣:
晚上12點左右睡著,早上6點起床,然後就出去散步1個小時;
下午會出去運動1個半小時;晚上吃飽飯之後也會出去散步半個小時;
飲食上也是多吃青菜、少肉少魚,每天都有固定在吃水果。
大致上來說生活習慣OK,目前27歲。
我平常的慾念不多,也沒有在打手槍或看一些有的沒有的東西,從未交過女朋友;
從7月到9月底的這兩個多月中,完全沒有夢遺。
但是從9月底開始練習站樁和靜坐,至今兩個多月,練了30幾次的樁和18次的靜坐,卻夢遺了6次;
只要有練功的那個禮拜就會夢遺;休息沒練功的那個禮拜就沒夢遺。
想請問一下,是不是初期練功有很容易造成夢遺的可能呢?
如果是的話,有沒有什麼辦法能解決呢?
