練功時間 - 氣功 Qigong

各位氣功版上的同好好~
因為小弟本身時間安排 大概都是深夜這段時間比較有空
所以我最近都會在讀完書 大約半夜2~3點
慢跑到學校湖旁邊練站樁和氣功
(而且這時候通常都不太會遇到人 如果要早上下午還滿難找到一個適合練功又沒人的地方
被認識的人看到除了需要分神解釋外 有時候還會招來一些揶揄 不太喜歡
太頻繁一直中斷專注感覺也不太好)
練功的話目前有在練達摩易筋經前六式 拉拉筋 站站劍指樁
不過兩個多禮拜下來有個疑問
就是選這段時間練功是因為每天時間較固定好安排 而且會遇到的人也少
(通常早上會睡到10~11點左右 中午過後到晚上常要工讀上課和讀書)
可是也大概知道半夜這時間身體通常膽經肺經..等在運作 睡覺為佳
而且個人很愛賴床... 晚睡可以可是就算一陣子早睡還是很難早起 冏"
改到早晨的話 習慣比較難養成
所以想知道一下晚上大約寅時3~5點練功會不會有什麼弊病?
或者有人有方法也是這時間練的?
還有是否這時間睡眠重要到 寧可不練氣功直接去睡還比較好呢? 謝謝
