維骨力 (Move Free) - 有氧運動 Aerobics

請問大家, 針對大多數的有氧課程, (Combat/Pump/Step/Hi-Lo.....)
即使動作正確但是對於 "膝蓋" 有相當程度的耗損,
我也不知道幾年後會怎麼樣, 但是請問,
有人會建議吃 "維骨力(move free)" 之類的來做 "保養" 嗎 ?
因為裡頭有胺基酸葡萄糖 (Glucosamine Hydrochloride) 和
軟骨素 (Chondroitin Sulfate), 提供身體關節重要得營養素, 有助保養,
改善關節活動力, 提高舒適和伸縮度.
所以, 只是好奇問看看...
