給101登高賽參賽者建議 當過醫療志工 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟做了兩年的101登高賽醫療志工,在這邊有幾個小建議提醒明天有參賽的跑友們:)
1.做好熱身操
2.不要一開始就衝,就像跑步一樣維持一定配速稍喘就好
3.準備一個大約500cc水壺即可
4.前一天要充足睡眠,因為起跑之前會做閉眼平衡測試30秒,前一天熬夜或是酗酒的通常不會過xD
(一隻腳跟對另一隻腳尖,雙手交叉抱胸閉眼三十秒,真的不容易喔)
5.樓梯雖然有通氣設備,但人多再加上你已經氣喘噓噓,還是會覺得稍嫌悶熱
6.有幾層樓都有醫療志工站崗,如果真的撐不下去,不要逞強
7.大家加油,這個活動每年都有,如果沒辦法完成也別氣餒,明年再來:)
