本來我一週會打1~2次球，但是冬天到了風也大了，不太適合室外打了 因此想增加一些運動量，我一週做兩次瑜珈(蠻靜態的) 所以想做有氧來平衡一下 目的是流汗+心跳數達到150 (增加一點肌耐力更好) 可以推薦我這類有氧DVD？ - ...
