A Los Angeles Lakers fan has raised $43,000 to create and distribute ‘Stand
With Hong Kong’ shirts at the team’s regular-season opener.
有一位湖人粉絲已經募到43000鎂，準備好要製做"Stand With Hong Kong"T恤，要在湖人
開幕戰發送。

Sun Lared started a GoFundMe account with a goal of raising $20,000 to
support anti-government protesters in Hong Kong via the shirts. As of
writing, Lared collected more than double his goal and the page has since
disabled its donations.
一位粉絲Sun Lared在集資網站GoFundMe起了一個帳戶，目標是募集到20000鎂，要製作T恤
來支持香港的反政府抗議。而目前已經募集到比原本目標多了一倍，帳號已經停止募款。

In the page, the fan detailed his intention:

“China is trying to censor the Houston Rockets (update: and now the entire
NBA) because of Hong Kong. Wouldn’t it be hilarious if on opening night in
Staples Center the NBA fanbase made a collective demonstration against
censorship by wearing “STAND WITH Hong Kong” T-Shirts?”
「因為香港的問題，中國試著要控制火箭言論(更新：現在是整個聯盟)。所以，若是在湖
人開幕戰那天在Staple Center，球場觀眾都穿著"Stand With Hong Kong"T恤來集體表示
對中國控制言論的抗議的話，那會很酷吧?!」

To recall, the relationship between the NBA and China was tarnished after
Houston Rockets general manager Daryl Morey sent out a since-deleted tweet in
support of Hong Kong. The tweet featured an image that read “Fight For
Freedom. Stand With Hong Kong.”
回想一下，NBA與中國的關係因為一則Morey已經刪除掉的推特文惡化。那樁支持香港的推
特文裡面有張圖片寫著，"Fight For Freedom。Stand With Hong Kong"(為自由而戰，與
香港同在)。

The tweet spread like wildfire. Several Chinese businesses — who are under
partnerships with the league — pulled out. And just when the issue was in
the process of cooling down, Lakers superstar LeBron James hit on Morey and
tagged him as someone “misinformed and not educated on the situation.”
那樁推特文如野火燎原，數家中國企業原本與NBA聯盟有夥伴關係決定中止；而當這狀況本
已經有要冷卻的狀態時，又因湖人明星LBJ針對Morey發表意見，說他是"沒有得到正確資
訊，也對這事件搞不清楚狀況"，情況又被挑起。

James was criticized not just by Hong Kong fans, but by NBA followers all
over the globe. Different media personalities also hit back at James for his
rather insensitive comments.
LBJ不只受到香港粉絲的非難，其他世界各地的NBA粉絲也加入。一些媒體人也對LBJ冷漠的
評論予以抨擊。

LeBron has since announced he will no longer talk about the issue. Hopefully,
it won’t be a distraction for him as the Lakers enter a critical 2019-20
campaign.
LBJ說他不會對此事件再發表任何評論。希望這次的事件不會影響到湖人面對今年這非常重
要的賽季。
