我現在國二身高160體重60有些許的肌肉有做一點增加肌肉的運動1.我可以跳65公分以上(算矮嗎)?2.體育老師曾說我爆發力很強但我認為我不能持續或短暫時間內恢復爆發力如何訓練持續爆發3.我100公尺可以在13秒以內但我切入時不夠快是我運球不穩的問題還是有其他原因4.我空中停留還可以但我有時跳起來��
