要出門上班,先簡單回一下
如果你長年穿鞋跑,那建議先赤足走
因為穿鞋的姿勢跟赤足不一樣
赤足是我們生下來的本能
只是從小就被套上枷鎖遺忘了
除了高高手以外赤足大概是能很快幫助你學會用核心跑步的方法了
地硬不能強碰,下腳輕盈則能不傷
如何輕盈?去體會赤足走,進而赤足跑
能夠鍛鍊到深層核心肌肉讓核心有力下腳即輕
真正會赤足跑的腿型都美不粗壯,也不會累積厚繭
因為跑步不是用腳跑,什麼爆大腿爆膝蓋的都是跟地板硬碰硬
若非跑鞋保護早就報銷,跑鞋會讓你得意忘形
忘了下腳的輕重,對腿是慢性自殺
你仔細觀察穿鞋的高高手跑步聲都不重
真正會赤足跑的腳步聲也輕,因為硬碰會痛
為了不痛,身體就要導正出不同於穿鞋的跑姿
我個人是前腳掌或全腳掌都可以著地在跑
研究指出腳跟著地對跑步是不恰當的
但仍有頂尖跑者是腳跟著地
但赤足真的不要用腳跟
幾乎沒辦法用核心去抵銷落地後地板的反作用力
穿鞋沒有不好,大家都該注重跑姿
我唯一不能接受的是跑完馬就腳痛膝蓋痛
那表示你根本在做超出自身能負荷的強度
姿勢肯定不正確
簡單說就是在嘗試提早結束跑馬生涯
