我想請問一下
在站樁時 膝蓋不舒服會是正常的嗎?
練習站樁不久 從一開始是大腿會酸會抖到現在已經可以站到10多分鐘
但是老師後來有調整我的姿勢(他說我身體前傾 可是不稍微前傾會往後倒)
現在練習時有特別注意 但是我發現我的重量好像都卡在膝蓋 站長時間之後
膝蓋會不舒服(我確定膝不過腳尖 命門放鬆 收尾履有做到)
這樣該繼續練習嗎?
