穿蛙鞋練蝶腰? - 游泳討論

最近在練蝶式
但是練法是蝶腰五次 停一下呼吸
一直做
做完四百m後 開始練短距離配合手
(之前去游..問救生員 她說我手還不錯 但是手以下就...)
還有在配合手的時候在入水時 腳就會不自覺變成有點蛙式小夾水...(哭)
也在努力改正

但是穿蛙鞋對蝶腰真的比較有幫助嗎?
為什麼呢?
