想請問板友們,有方法可以讓乳酸快速代謝嗎 ?
因為校運會在同一天要跑 1500m 和 5000m 以及 400m
希望能將乳酸帶來的疲勞 對後面項目的影響減到最低...
如果能在一兩個小時內快速代謝最好啦 XD (應該不可能吧 = =+)
聽過的方法有熱敷,還有人建議吃維他命B,不知是否有效 ?
