近2~3個月來身體代謝變的好慢,生理週期前一週人超不舒服務(每天增加0.2~0.4公斤,小腹好脹,水腫,頭皮的毛囊炎復發(生理週期完則消退,整個人也輕鬆不少)。而聽說生理期完後代謝變好是減重的好時機,但怎麼瘦不下來?飲食方法:早餐:空腹喝500ml溫開水,豆漿1杯配小餅乾或半個麵包。點心:水果1~2��
