大家好
我今年3X歲,遙記得我國小的時候,每天都有用不完的精力
但自從我國中開始,每天就開始睡不飽的感覺
臉上隨時都掛有黑眼圈
每天都要睡滿7~8小時,才"有機會"有"精神飽滿"的感覺
我有手腳會流汗的問題
在變天、下雨、季節變化、濕度高、悶熱等等
的時候,會大量手腳出汗,而且異常疲憊,這些日子則是可以一睡一整天
有時候也不是想睡覺,但就是很想臥床(有點像失眠睡不著但又沒有精神)
我還都依稀記得國小以前那股青春活力能量充足的感覺
但成年後很少有機會有那種狀態,每天都滿滿的累
好處是我幾乎不會失眠,壞處是我人生也差不多給我睡完了
我每天起床就運動(70%有氧、30%重訓,已經持續三個月了)
有看中醫調整體質也調了兩三個月
看西醫身體檢查(沒有任何異狀超級健康)
上下班時間超正常(正常到覺得明明是該衝刺的年紀但是身體跟不上)
不熬夜不抽菸不喝酒
真的有點"走投無路"(?)
已經不知道該怎麼辦了?
有的時候覺得是自己太懶了....又自責又怨天尤人
因為一般人說很累,我看他們"精神"都是好的
我就始終保持在低水平的能量狀態
不知道靜坐版的大家有沒有誰有雷同的問題
靠靜坐可以改善?法門是什麼呢?
