就是我現在19歲170/80很重==都是胖在肚子跟大腿小腿所以我想請問有什麼飲食方式是比較容易做到減肥的效果因為學校再山上不好意思不要叫我買東買西吃ㄧ堆喝一堆這樣然後我想練手臂肌肉跟腹肌怎麼做可以達到減肥又練到的效果呢?可以的話麻煩跟我說一下早餐午餐晚餐吃什麼/幾點以前還有如果有一�
