最近~因為寒假不練球我在家都是用14P的啞鈴在做訓練(有兩個14P的啞鈴)一天四組早上晚上各兩組一組:每手拉X30+雙手臂各拿一個橫舉至與肩同高X10+雙手臂各拿一個往上伸直X15+只拿一個頭後向上舉X25早晚兩組中間休息10分鐘問題來了~我想增強肌耐力~因為本身有在打壘球和桌球一個禮拜壘球禮拜1.3.5.7桌球�
