問問題前先拋磚引玉簡述自己透過蹲樁練氣的過程
蹲低樁要是要領正確算是藉由武火加壓讓雙足雙手關節逐一鬆開
然後同時把氣脈水管加粗(鬆開才會粗)的下水道工程
等到髖關節與會陰到命門這段脊椎與氣脈逐漸鬆開且強壯
才會慢慢感覺到丹田(水塔)
而且丹田可以越練越小 密度越高
練習過程身上的病氣與負面情緒會一直由下而上外逼外浮
一關清完又是一關
我初步是怒 現在浮上的是悲(感覺肺臟的濁與淤一直在對外揮發)
以前氣感都在手末梢與表皮 越練向內感覺都是脊椎、丹田、臟腑
末梢表皮反而覺得不重要
遇到一些練得好的人眼神對到自己會怕
因為知道對方比自己大很多
