雖然我只是個初學者,在五個月的課程中可能才去了十來次...(太會找藉口)
每一次都有小小的進步,也很感嘆自己的體力跟肌耐力的不足...
(柔軟度就別說了,我以前坐姿體前彎是根本彎不下去的那種)
可是每次結束瑜珈課之後,除了流汗跟腿發軟的滿足感外...
心靈也很滿足呢!
每個老師有自己的一套想法,
可是不變的是...要維持健康的生活態度。
抱持感恩的心才能快樂的過生活...
因為忙於工作,自己的生活其實過的很不健康,身體跟心靈都是...
長期處在憂鬱的心情下,怎麼也快樂不起來...
雖然每次上瑜珈課都是挑戰...(尤其很久沒去之後再上的課XDD)
可是,生活不也是這樣嗎?
關關難過,關關過....
希望能一直維持正向健康的生活態度囉!!!
