無論對推水或抱水都很重要,游得快的人一般三頭肌都很強,也一定會去健身房練三頭肌
三頭肌是最重要的,自由式搞定手就搞定70%,剩下打水只占30%前進動力
第二重要的是大腿和髖部,這是打水打得好的關鍵
一般初學者打水都不強,拿浮板打50就喘得要命,因平常很少用到這部分肌肉
一周練三次的話,通常打水要練一年才會順又不累 (就像健身在鍛鍊肌耐力)
自由式其他重要的肌肉有:腰部(推水時腰部需要旋轉,此時就用得到) 背闊肌(抓水用)
