大家好
這學期開始想下定決心鍛鍊自己的體力跟心肺耐力
但是不太清楚該用多快的速度才能達到最好的效果
我捷式50m大約30~33秒
目前游的時候是使用捷式 酸的時候使用蛙式
請問這樣的游法會不會在游蛙式時沒有鍛鍊到
還是說我要全程使用捷式 累了就休息等OK再繼續游捷式
最後想問一下以我的速度大約要設定多快的速度才能有效的鍛鍊到
