如題!!
我平常是游晚上六點到八點,之前去游的時候通常從午餐到游泳這段時間
沒有進食,每次游自由式沒有多久,大腿到屁股兩側的肌肉就很容易酸,
自由式沒辦法一次游很久。
今天剛好假日,在去游泳之前一個小時覺得有點餓,就去買了兩個麵包來
吃。一個小時後去游泳,發現沒有平常累,自由式可以一直游一直游,手
臂和臀部的肌肉也不會感覺到酸。
所以想請教版上的專業人士,這兩者之間有連帶關係嗎?還是只是剛好我
今天的體能狀況比較好?
明天再來試試看泳前一個小時進食好了。
