怎麼練自由式左邊換氣 - 游泳討論

會開始固定游泳主要是膝蓋受傷
想順便減重減輕膝蓋負荷
主要是游蛙式(小學還國中學的)
高中學過自由式一直是單邊換氣(而且還不標準)
所以偶而會穿插一下自由式
自從開始游泳之後就會上網看影片自己矯正一下姿勢
原本膝蓋好多了
中間一度大部分都游蛙式
但現在膝蓋又不舒服了
所以變得有點不敢游蛙式
現在主要都游自由式
可是我只會右邊換氣
想說平衡一下 就嘗試左邊換氣
結果我是可以硬用左邊換氣游完25M
但是自己就覺得好像溺水一下
整個動作超不協調
不像右邊換氣 輕輕轉頭嘴巴就出水面了
自己也在池邊模擬左邊換氣的動作
正式游的時候又像溺水 而且很喘
所以想請問一下
有沒有什麼自己練習的方法可以幫助學會左邊換氣??
勞煩各位大大指教了!!
(因為都自己去游也沒什麼人可以幫我拍影片)
