渣打路跑之莫名其妙累到爆 - 路跑 Road Running

今天去參加渣打公益路跑12.5KM,原本以為跑過兩次都有上下山坡的半馬,
12.5K應該算是輕而易舉、易如反掌...
但我錯了!!!不知道為什麼,起初還好,速度都在掌控之中(約10K/H)
才折返點不到,就已經感覺體力逐漸流失,
回程的路,幾乎就已經是用走的了!!!
下了國道,更可以用體力透支來形容,看到別人一個個超越,
我卻心有餘力不足,只能說服自己下次再來,減少這次的失落感
跑回終點時感覺身體不是自己的,失落疲憊感大於成就滿足感
賽前準備練習:
運動習慣為每週3天10KM左右LSD
賽前一周幾乎沒練 只有簡單的重量訓練 跳躍等。
前兩次半馬成績:

為健康高雄而跑21K 2:08:59 9.76 K/H 第一次路跑活動&初半馬
阿公店水庫21K 2:04:03 10.16 K/H 第二次路跑活動
今日成績:
渣打公益路跑12.5K 1:21:03 9.26 K/H 囧
在此要請教各位版友,這樣的情況是正常的嗎???
明明長度比較短,平均速度卻比較慢??
