渣打半馬小弱弱心得 Q Q - 路跑 Road Running

好冷~~真的好冷!!( ̄□ ̄|||)a
為什麼我要這麼自虐呢~~
繼上個月南方澳海鮮馬全程淋雨的經驗後
今天騎摩托車去會場時心中不斷這麼犯嘀咕
(一度好想放棄 但想想這可是意志力的考驗啊~)
把車匆匆停在聯合門診大樓旁再走過去時已經快到五點鐘的寄物終止時間了
本以為寄物應該是很耗時又混亂的大工程
但還好都挺順的 咻一下就滑~欸不對 是寄進去了
而且其實寄物組還有網開一面 過了五點也還是提供寄物服務
看著自己的衣保袋準備上宅配車
突然有種奇妙的感覺 (這還算是我第一次參加到起訖點差這麼遠的賽事)
只是這場大拜拜賽事人已經超多了
全馬半馬起跑時間又一樣
加上市區道路不寬,下雨天靠近分隔島的地方又積水(部分路段還有水噴出來)
所以前幾公里大家都擠成一坨
我也只能在夾縫中鑽來鑽去 (一直被跑者們的雨衣揮到XDD)
一直到北安路才比較有空間
而以路線來說半馬是從凱道出發 走中山北路去大直 再走堤頂上環東
回程是從環東到麥帥再下到河濱大直橋那裡
辛苦的警察和工作人員將交通管制得很不錯
補給品就是路協風格~中規中矩
但這場賽事真的人力超充足
包括發放紀念物和接駁車都很順暢 (接駁公車多得像海一樣!)
只可惜從終點會場到接駁車地點又得走上好一段路
車程大概要20分鐘左右
回到家都九點多啦(沒有留下來參與活動)
另外我不知道在耍啥笨
可能想說自己是鄉民認證的肥婆
所以自詡脂肪豐厚到只穿背心上路
哪知道經過幾個水站後 本來就淋濕的衣服變得更濕了
跑到十公里左右就開始失溫發抖o(><;)o
不過這次沒有受傷 能健康完賽挑戰自我就是最棒的收穫囉
大家也一起來跑步吧!!
