我算出我的基礎代謝率是2254,每天熱量需要4013,如果我要減重要攝取3013。所以意思是我一天最少要攝取多少才不會讓我的減重速度變慢?我還有加上運動的話,那我要攝取2254還是3013?如果我真的是吃不了這麼多該怎怎嚜解決呢
