減脂練肌 - 游泳討論

各位泳者安安:
是這樣的,小弟目前想要練腹肌,所以一週大概游3次,每次都是500蝶、500自,想問如
果純粹這樣游下去腹肌會不會比較明顯呢?(本人目前170cm,65kg,算是還在減脂中..
游完可以喝高蛋白嗎?原因怕自己亂吃或是油炸的...所以目前會去買雞胸肉吃,但會不
會喝高蛋白比較好呢?
