我是男生165公分左右63公斤左右我覺得我很胖~我想減肥想趁著個寒假實施預計睡眠時間是12點之前!!!1個禮拜會有1天熬夜三餐正常吃不吃宵夜!!我打算早上晨跑晚上吃完飯在去跑跑步或打籃球運動時間最少30分鐘(足夠嗎??)(還是要到多久)不過呢我不知道晨跑是指幾點6點我怕我睡不飽所以幾點到幾點算是晨�
