點進來的謝謝你!我一直想減肥很久了但有時候有些方法聽來想試的時候,都會被反駁說那是不健康的瘦法剛剛有看到跳繩的方法...但那好像會強化小腿肌...我大概描述一下我的情況我身高170體重76每天喝水量...4或5公升吧...因為習慣外食所以喝水量很多我是偏向下半身較胖,之前55公斤的時候下半身也是瘦�
