切球一直是我覺得羽球中最難學的一種
要切的短又要有速度,角度又要能做到過網急墜,確實是不容易
好的攻擊性切球特點:
1、速度快 2、落點尖(落在第一條黃線) 3、隱蔽性大(你無法猜出他要打切球)
4、過網急墜(沒有放小球和撲球推平球的機會,只能挑高,甚至只能挑直線)
5、帶有旋轉(因為球被切了,球下墜是會轉的,對手很難掌握球頭,常挑出半場球)
6、聲音是「咻」或「切」的聲音,絕對沒有「砰」的聲音
一般常見質量差的切球
1、沒有角度和速度,球像降落傘掉在網前,被對手放小球、搓球、推對角
2、切太長,幾乎都快到中場了,對手不用向前就可以挑你的球
3、沒有角度,變成很平的切球
以下討論這三種情形
第一種質量差的切球:
手舉的高高的,球拍擺的平平的,想要趕快把球點到網前
錯誤地方:沒有引拍,拍面太平,沒有做到「切」的動作,變成只是在點球而已
第二種質量差的切球:
用手臂在切,力量放輕,以為切球就是力量比較輕的殺球
錯誤地方:沒有運用手指帶手腕的動作,用殺球的動作在打切球
第三種質量差的切球:
知道怎麼切,但怎麼切角度都不大,都是平平的往對手飛去
錯誤地方:切球的點太低了,必須再提高一些,讓球有下壓的感覺
