薩里治下，切爾西煥然一新，但球隊也有不愉快之人 — 法布雷加斯。西班牙人
不僅丟了主力，續約還陷入僵局。《倫敦旗幟晚報》消息，小法要想獲得續約，必須
接受大幅度降薪。小法本人不想離開藍橋，甚至想贏回薩里的信任，一併贏得主力。

小法希望贏回主力位置


小法的合同在明年就將到期，當前的週薪是16萬英鎊。該報表示，如果小法想繼
續留在切爾西，必須要接受一定程度的薪資削減，俱樂部看似無情的要求，也顯示著
目前法布雷加斯遭受的不利處境。


切爾西本就對30歲以上的球員，奉行一年一簽的政策。夏季過完生日之後，小法
已經年滿今年31歲，在其範疇，另外小法經常有傷病伴隨，加之目前中場陣容龐大，
這是俱樂部對其降薪的原因所在。


對於降薪要求小法是怎樣的反應？該報並沒有提及，不過從小法的表態來看他依
然想留在斯坦福橋，“我仍然相信自己，可以為球隊做出貢獻，未來如何再看看吧，
但我現在在這裡很開心。”


“In life, not just football, timing is the most important thing. You
don't have to rush decisions, you don't have to talk before things happen.
At the moment I am playing once a week.


“But we will see when the time comes that the Europa League ends for
two months and there is a break in the EFL Cup [before the semi-finals
should Chelsea get there]. Then there will only be games in the Premier
League [for a few weeks].”


可目前面臨的一個狀況，是小法恐怕一週一賽的要求都無法滿足。數據統計，10

“I know it is difficult mentally [not playing in the League], but
after playing so many years, I think I can read a coach's brain easier,”
said the former Arsenal and Barcelona man.


“I know exactly what position I'm in. I'm not saying I can play every
three days for 90 minutes for 60 games a season now. I probably can't do
that in a sharp way any more. That's why I try to just enjoy it and be up
for it.

This is by no means an individual speaking out against his coach.
Fabregas just wants to contribute as much as possible to a club that are
hoping to still be challenging on four fronts in the spring. He did just
that in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday, providing the decisive goal that
defeated Championship side Derby.


“When you play against young players like Derby's, you know they are
motivated,” added Fabregas. “They want to improve and show the world
that they are better than you. It is normal. I was the same at their age.
But even in training with Chelsea, when I am up against the younger boys,
I want to show that, ‘Hey, I'm here’.

Sarri's side were far from impressive against Derby, who are clearly
thriving under the management of former Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard.


Of Chelsea's starting XI, only Willian, N'Golo Kante, Mateo Kovacic
and Alvaro Morata have appeared regularly in the top flight this season.
And Fabregas feels that people should take things like that into account
when judging performances from fringe squad players.


“The team that played against Derby, most have played only four games
or so this season,” he explained. “It's really not that easy to adapt
from what we have been doing the last two years, something that is
completely different. As much as you work on it in training, obviously the
players who have been playing in all 11 League games, they have more time
to adapt.


“When you just play once a week, you try to be safe. You don't have
the confidence you should have. You want to look good for the coach, but
you don't want to make mistakes. But every player is playing at least once
a week now, which is good in a way. It is good to give the coach a little
doubt in his mind.”


Fabregas will surely be causing Sarri a few selection headaches for a
good while yet.

門球隊都在密切關注他的去向。但最近藍軍主帥薩里給了巴克利和洛夫圖斯奇克比較
穩定的出場時間，這兩位本土中場也沒有辜負教練的信任，拿出了相當不錯的表現。


薩里麾下可選擇的中場球員也是頗為豐富，除了巴克利和洛夫圖斯奇克之外，競
爭出場機會的還有若日尼奧、坎特、法布雷加斯、科瓦契奇和德林克沃特。


巴克利在近三場比賽中打進三球並重新被索斯蓋特招入了英格蘭國家隊，洛夫圖
斯奇克也依靠三場四球的表現證明了自己。科瓦契奇從皇馬租借加盟，切爾西目前還
沒有買斷的打算，再加上法布雷加斯未來存疑，俱樂部計畫引進拉姆西來增強球隊實
力，但目前藍軍或要重新做決定。
