水壺腰包正確的配帶位置 - 路跑 Road Running

大家好
前陣子買了一個水壺腰包 平常練習都自備水壺定點補水
今天參加一場路跑,發現水站間隔有點遠
所以就繫了水壺腰包,結果...跑了差不多7K時
肚子就很痛,導致後面的里程數心神不寧還差點被關門XD
我查某個網站說最好卡在骨盆那邊比較不會晃
結果發現卡在骨盆會越跑越上面,結果一直去調整它的位置
堅持要在骨盆附近
然後到7K時肚子就很痛,主要是下腹部有炸裂感 = =
請問大家攜帶水壺腰包都戴在哪個位置呢?謝謝回答。
PS. 水壺腰包的牌子是 NATHAN
