氣的修練,只要一直練,就有機會,就會一直
上升至某境界,除非自己不練了
我稍說一下,我的認知,不對,大家就修正我的
看法
佛門/密宗:健身->神通->成佛
丹道:健身->練精化氣 ->練氣化神->練神還虛
瑜珈:健身->身心合一->實現所有可能(成神、成佛....)
武術:健身->刀槍不入.....
八段錦:健身
