我每次只要一開始跑步幾乎都都會想嘔吐
之前有人說是因為運動強度太強 或是久沒訓練
我就算跑得慢 或是連續好幾天都跑(路跑或跑步機)
都還是會想吐
晨跑時 想吐的情況更嚴重
為了減輕這情況 我在跑之前也會吃一點澱粉或是糖分高的食物
不過幫助也不大就是了
到最後我也習慣了
而且想嘔吐的感覺一旦撐過後
反而可以跑得更快
有人像我一樣嗎?
這種情況需要特別注意嗎?
