請問每天跑步2小時,然後我早上喝一杯500CC的溫開水,搭配蔬菜汁500CC,中午會吃8分飽(東西都會過水吃),然後下午4點再喝一杯500CC的溫開水,5點前會吃完晚餐,晚餐以蔬菜類進食,肉類不進食,5點半或6點會跑步2小時,請問這樣1個月能瘦幾公斤,跑步不慢差不多在中間速度,現在我差不多68公斤,我�
