覺得自己兩隻腳好像不一樣長...
跑完左邊膝蓋比較負重的感覺...
也曾經跑了一年多的時間後小腿骨怪怪的痛
想問這樣每天跑5,6公里....
以後會不會掛掉....還是來個提早退化之類的@@
運動也有副作用><
