正確跑姿腿是哪裡酸痛? - 路跑 Road Running

跑步跑了6年多了,
最近嘗試跑不一樣的腳掌著地方式,
以前是主要腳跟著地,
現在是中間腳掌或腳尖先著地,
這樣跑完發現自己的膝蓋比較舒服,
但是酸痛位置也從大腿前側改為小腿後側。
我知道這是自己肌力不夠,
但就正常跑姿來說,
腿部的酸痛位置會是在哪兒呢?
