超久沒上pump,昨天上了加州晚上的pump
目前上過pump的次數,不到五次吧...呵呵
對於pump很多動作,真得是我只能盡量了解老師說的話,還有看同學的動作
有個問題啦...不知道是我骨頭凸出,還是放的位置不對
昨天要把把槓鈴放在肩上的時候,覺得脖子下端那裡好像會卡到骨頭
槓鈴放在那,脖子會覺得有被重壓,骨頭覺得不舒服
今天還特地摸了同事的脖子,也有請同事摸我的
同事是說沒有特別的凸出來....
可是我今天在摸我的脖子的時候,昨天摃鈴壓到的地方會有點酸痛
請問這是正常的嗎@@? 我怕我持續做pump,脖子有一天會出問題,然後半身不遂 = =
上PUMP沒流什麼汗,頂多第二首流了一點,之後頂多覺得肌肉酸,這是拿的不夠重嗎?
對了,我想要減脂,目前都是一個禮拜四堂COMBAT,但好像沒什麼成效
體重都沒有下降,但是肚子有比較平一點..
若是說想要讓身材雕塑更好一點,PUMP一個禮拜一堂足夠嗎?
練PUMP真的對身材雕塑很有用嗎@@?
