柏油路/操場 - 路跑 Road Running

感覺練跑練到一定的距離 是不是盡量不要跑操場會比較好?
因為操場有大概一半是彎道
我每次跑到25圈以上就會感覺膝蓋怪怪的(應該說是微痛)
雖說用逆時針/順時針交替跑有緩和的效用 但畢竟負擔還是一直存在
跑柏油路雖然比較累 但感覺是肌肉痠痛比較明顯
膝蓋方面就沒什麼問題(幾乎都直線的關係?)
不知道這樣對不對
還是因為我的跑步姿勢不對才會有這種差異呢@@?
不然真的感覺跑柏油路膝蓋比較不痛 只是腳痠了點
