基本上是跑100200400公尺還有20公尺折返跑因為再一個月就要運動會了~有代表班上去參加比賽~所以我想要請問一下要怎麼訓練自己的速度...目前我一周7天都會跑步...2~4因為加入校隊要練球~練球前會先跑大概800公尺~1跟5是因為有運動課...目前還沒開始練習...六日的話打算早上爬起來練習~我想要請經驗的人
