大家好~~~我想問一些減肥的問題我身高173體重95公斤我想減掉30公斤我是想用飲食控制+運動...請專家幫我看看以下方法行不行早餐:飯糰一顆(不加油條也沒肉)午餐:吃學校午餐(全素)晚餐:也吃素但不吃飯,有時會吃魚肉運動:放學回家自己一個打籃球(半小時)+走路20分鐘或慢跑一圈(我體力不是很好我大概慢
