小弟我最近開始慢跑
之前都只在乎跑速
最近膝蓋有些傷痛開始爬文
發現大家說180的步頻可以減輕膝蓋負擔
於是開始嘗試。
問題來了,小弟我身高188
如果要維持180步頻然後跑速又想維持再6分左右(可以再快但是訓練期不想太快)
發現我的身高要維持180步頻又要6分速甚至更慢跑速,這樣步幅實在很難放到這麼小
請問各位大大可以幫我解惑嘛?
小弟知道步頻*步幅=速度
所以是不是只能在放小步幅了??
但已經被說跑起來很彆扭了,因為一直壓抑步幅。
