有跑步習慣做肺活量檢查還沒過..... - 路跑 Road Running

開始跑步到現在已經兩年半了
可以說都一直有維持良好的運動習慣
記得二年半前做了一次健康檢查
是肺活量的檢測
就是先吸飽一大口氣忍住 再含一根管子將氣體全部吐出
那時還沒開始跑步 結果就通過了
護士小姐還說很好很好
當時排我前面的是一個有跑步習慣的女生
甚至跑過全馬 結果他測試就沒過
而且測兩遍都沒過...
當時心裡就很納悶跑步不是應該有很好的肺活量..
然後....一個月前
又做了同樣的檢測 我承認當時是有點緊張
不過做了測驗後就是沒過
護士又叫我測一遍 還說不能漏氣 要一口氣憋住
結果就又沒過
然後又測第三遍 好像達低標很勉強的過了..
護士:「要運動喔...」
心裡就覺得很冤 只差沒跟他說我每個月都有跑150km.. = =
所以我想問的是
跑步與肺活量好不好 是不是沒有直接關係
還是說我們跑太慢了 還沒辦法訓練到肺活量..
平常練跑大概都是七分速跑1小時
