我是上班族(在辦公室電腦族),下班之後很需要休息,所以也沒太多機會運動~但是早午餐也沒甚麼吃(我也不常有甚麼飢餓感)~甚至隨便吃~但是體重一直居高不下~所以我想問一下~有甚麼飲食的方式可以達到減重的效果?例如只吃蔬菜還是水果?還是有甚麼飲食的方式(不要太突兀~吃些太多太特別的東西~我��
