我現在20歲身高170cm體重62kg有肚子而且身上都是肉請問我現在這種身高體重我是該先減肥還是可以直接健身我想要有胸肌腹肌我該怎麼做??每天仰臥起坐伏地挺身?我運動量很差跑步跑沒一圈就好累我該怎麼做拜託詳細一點我該喝牛奶嗎??聽說有助於長肌肉那我運動是要在什麼時段作吃飯前還吃飯後?運動��
