小妹5月開始練跑每次10K,跑一天休息一天
速度落在 7.7km/h 01:18:31 (空腹但有吃B群)
大概下午兩三點進食,晚上七八點跑步
跑前一小都會吃一顆B群;最後9.5K時還可以衝刺
最近B群吃完了還沒來得及去買
沒吃B群去跑發現體力變差很多,氣喘吁吁,步伐感覺也不對了
速度降到 7km/h 01:23:26
還跑得很痛苦,一度想放棄用走的
加上最近太熱又悶跑步的點人又超多有點倦怠感了,可是又不想放棄...
想問大家吃不吃B群真的會差這麼多嗎?有人有經驗?謝謝。
